For business buyers

A straightforward trade relationship built around your business.

Tell us what you sell, how you buy and the products that matter to your customers.

Who can enquire?

  • UK-registered companies and other verifiable trading businesses
  • Independent retailers and convenience stores
  • Mobile phone and electronics businesses
  • Market traders and event-based sellers
  • Online retailers and established marketplace sellers
  • Discount stores, mixed-category businesses and smaller wholesalers

What we may request

To protect both sides of a trade relationship, we may ask for enough information to verify the business and understand the proposed order. This can include the legal trading name, company number where applicable, billing and delivery addresses, contact details, sales channel, VAT information where relevant and proof of authority to buy on behalf of the business.

What a trade account can offer

  • More relevant communication: Product conversations based on your actual categories and priorities.
  • Faster repeat enquiries: Core business and delivery details need not be re-explained each time.
  • Clear order history: Quotations and confirmations create an organised commercial record.
  • Forward planning: Regular buyers can discuss seasonal demand and possible repeat requirements.

Payment and credit

Opening a trade account does not automatically create a credit facility. Orders are handled on the payment basis stated in the quotation or invoice unless a separate credit limit, payment period or account condition has been approved in writing.
